This scholarship program serves an indefinite charitable class per IRS Reg. 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(1). Awards are based on objective, non-discriminatory criteria and availability of funds.
No donor may earmark funds for a specific individual per IRS Rev. Rul. 62-113. All selections are made by an independent committee.
FIKR Foundation complies with applicable IRS requirements, non-discrimination requirements, OFAC requirements, and applicable state charity laws.

a) All information is true and correct.b) I will use funds SOLELY for educational purposes and provide fee receipts within 30 days and progress report within 6 months.c) I authorize the organization to verify my details with my Madrasa.d) I understand false information leads to disqualification and obligation to repay.e) I understand this is a charitable grant, not a loan, and no services are required in return.f) I consent to storage of my data per Privacy Policy. Data will not be sold. Donor reporting will be anonymized/aggregate only. (FERPA/Data Privacy Consent)g) I understand Selection Committee members with conflict will recuse themselves.
